Before you write
What to include.
- You run a shop
- Tell us where you are, roughly how many bays and advisors you have, and what your current system is doing to you. If you want to be in the first group to try leaf, say so and we will keep you on the list.
- You run a brand or franchise
- Let us know how many locations you have and what your franchisees are using today. Brand rollups, network reporting and fee tracking are built in, and we would rather show you than describe it.
- Something in the app is wrong
- Tell us what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. The device and operating system version help. Please review any diagnostic report before you send it, and remove anything you do not want us to see.
- A privacy request
- Send it here and we will handle it under our Privacy Policy. In most cases the honest answer will be that we hold no personal information about you at all, and we will confirm that in writing.
- A legal notice
- Notices under our Terms of Service, including a dispute notice under section 24, are effective when sent to this address.
- A shop serviced your vehicle
- We do not hold customer records, so we cannot look up your invoice, your vehicle, or your service history, and we cannot remove you from a shop's reminder list. The shop that served you holds all of that and is the right place to ask.
Please don't email us these
Customer lists, employee records, payroll files, Social Security numbers or card details. Email is not the place for them, we do not want a copy, and we do not need one to help you.
